Halotherapy Is The New Little Black Dress

Every breath you take can either help or, unfortunately, hurt you. In today’s world that is filled with toxins, pollutants, chemicals, allergens and more, our lungs benefit by a little extra support through salt inhalation therapy.

Halotherapy is the new ‘little black dress’ for anyone who suffers from various respiratory issues – from bronchitis to COPD, from allergies to apnea.

Ironically, this therapy was discovered in 1843 by Felix Bocakowski, a Polish physician, who wondered why he only saw female patients in his office. Upon researching the situation, he discovered that all their husbands worked in the salt mines!

Since then, through study and practical application, it was determined that dry salt aerosol was the key factor in producing numerous positive health benefits. It wasn’t until 1990 that it was sanctioned, by the Russian Ministry of Public Health, as a valid medical treatment.

Halotherapy has been available in the U.S. only since the early 2000’s, but it’s rapidly gaining the attraction of those who are ready for natural remedies for various respiratory, allergen-based and skin-based disorders.

If you haven’t heard about this new ‘little black dress’, check it out – we’re waiting for you!
